  Summer time is always busy for me.  On top of work I try to get as much time outside as I can.  I also do wood working, a passion which I choose not to do when it gets to cold.  Besides my finishes, batteries and glues getting ruined it's not much fun to be freezing in the shop and while you work.  I have a few weeks at least that I can work on my woodworking which I consider just another form of my art work.  What I look forward to in the winter is a renewed focus on drawing.  I try to draw in the summer to keep the skills up but as winter comes I will be spending hours drawing.  My drawing will take the place of my woodworking and take

Been just practicing lately.  Not sure why but I seem all over the place in my head.   Can't seem to focus on just one drawing.  Honestly don't care it's been good to practice different skills.  

  Started working on something new today.  It's a simple story done in pictures, no words just a handful of pictures.  I'm attempting to tell a very very short story without words.  I noticed many good kids books don't always include the best art work.  Now I'm not saying I could do better but the books are not full of "eye candy".  I'm not great at drawing but maybe I could give a little enjoyment to some kids.     Just something I was thinking about and thought maybe I would give a simple story a try.  I think a good example of this would be Dilbert, the art is pretty simple but I love to ready it.  I would like to someday come up with som
